Riccardo Sandrini

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Riccardo is at the helm of Testa with a clear, approachable and people-oriented approach. He is the driving force behind the project and the soul of a team that grows with determination and good judgment. He began his career as an optometrist, but it was upon arriving in Andorra that he began to become involved in the world of business and team management. Since then, he has always worked with one foot in companies and the other in people.

He has been Human Resources Director at Vallnord – Pal Arinsal and has managed the Randstad office in Andorra. He has also been commercial manager at Coca-Cola Company and manager of the Bon Dia newspaper, where he has been in charge of the direction and day-to-day running of the project.

He knows the Andorran business community well and maintains a lively and solid network of contacts. He has initiative, practical vision and the ability to activate processes with agility. He is one of those people who make things happen - and who, moreover, drags you along with enthusiasm.

At Testa, he leads the project's momentum and is fully involved in talent selection, a part of the job he lives with vocation and authenticity. He has an innate ability to create spaces of trust and make candidates feel comfortable from the first minute, which facilitates authentic and valuable conversations.

One of his soft skills The most peculiar is to invent words that, mysteriously, almost everyone understands. The other: to turn any challenge into a to-do list —with labels, priority and deadline. A lover of efficiency, he always seeks to make things run better and faster, but without losing the human touch along the way.

Miriam Moreno

HEADHUNTER

Miriam accompanies organizations in selection processes with a strategic, intuitive and deeply human perspective. Although her studies in Economics led her towards the world of numbers, she soon discovered that what really moves her is understanding people, forging bonds and accompanying processes with coherence, sensitivity and meaning.

He started at Cola Cao, where an initial internship turned into three years of growth in the trade marketing area. Later, he continued at Coca-Cola, assuming responsibilities in the same area and, later, in the management of large accounts. Upon arriving in Andorra, he embarked on his own cosmetics project, leading its development and international expansion. A stage that gave him resilience, cross-disciplinary vision and real learning about what it means to drive a project from scratch.

She has a great ability to grasp what each organization really needs and to interpret professional profiles based on coherence, career path and future potential. She is methodical, demanding with processes and attentive to detail.

One of his soft skills The most characteristic is saying that he will review something in five minutes… and staying there for an hour, because he never finds it perfect enough. The other, always wanting to provide one last nuance before closing a conversation.

At Testa, in addition to actively participating in the selection processes, she takes on a strategic role in the development of projects. She has an innovative outlook and enjoys thinking about how to do things differently. She is creative, knows how to shape ideas, put them in order and turn them into concrete actions. She contributes with structure and vision, and with a reflective way of doing things that allows her to understand the whole, pay attention to detail and give meaning to each step.

Andrea Mesa

HEADHUNTER

Andrea has this rare ability to adapt to any environment and person. She is versatile, chameleon-like and knows how to find the right tone to connect with each candidate and each client. As a headhunter, she analyzes, listens and interprets with judgment, but also with intuition and warmth. And it is not surprising that, in the second conversation, many already tell her more about the matter… and end up adoring her.

A psychologist by training, she approaches each process with a deep vision of human behavior, valuing both skills and personal and cultural fit. She has charisma, drive and a friendly way of doing things that makes what is not always easy. Although she sometimes doesn't know where she left the keys and pronounces the names of the candidates in her own way (or directly invents a new one), when she arrives, you know something is going to happen. And it certainly won't be boring.

In addition to his role as headhunter, he is the one who shapes Testa's digital community. He turns social media into a genuine window into our universe: he makes us stolen, hits us when we least expect it and takes us —with humor and naturalness— out of our comfort zone.

ORGANIZATION CONSULTANT

With a solid background in organizational and human resources consulting, Marta designs and leads strategic solutions that align people development with business objectives. She is a professional with a structured, committed and transformative perspective, who drives change projects with a high organizational impact.

Over more than 15 years of experience, she has worked in entities such as Deloitte, Accenture, , Page Group and LHH, as well as in projects as an independent consultant. This trajectory has allowed her to accompany organizations in processes of transformation, talent development and strategic alignment of the human resources function.

He has collaborated with companies from diverse sectors such as mass consumption, retail, higher education, tourism, the pharmaceutical industry and the public sector, both nationally and internationally. This breadth of contexts has given him a great capacity for adaptation and a global vision, with people always at the center of his action.
