Job Intake Briefing

It all starts with a good conversation.
Before we search, we listen. We take the time to understand who you are, how you work and what you want to achieve with the new hire. We get involved in drafting the job description, in organizational advice and in defining the ideal profile. This initial space is key to aligning expectations, establishing priorities and starting the process with criteria and a shared vision.

Research

Searching is not making noise, it's aiming.
With a clear foundation, we design a tailor-made search strategy. We analyze the market, activate our network and explore each channel with intention. We look for profiles that fit, whether they are already part of our database or if active research is required. Intuition, experience and industry knowledge guide every decision.

Interview Shortlist

Filtering is not eliminating, it is understanding.
We create an initial list based on the search strategy and present you with the profiles that make the most sense. We do this after getting to know each person, analyzing their background, skills, attitude, and potential. We interview them in depth—first by phone, then in-depth—to see beyond the resume and sense if there is a true affinity for the challenge you propose.

Interviews

Every encounter matters.
We prepare a complete and personalized report for each pre-selected profile, so you can make informed decisions. We organize interviews with the profiles you decide to meet, and if you wish, we can also accompany you. For us, each interview is an opportunity to create real connections and build trust from minute zero.

Placement

When there is a fit, the accompaniment does not stop.                                 We ensure that the offer process is clear, transparent and aligned for both parties. We do the final checks, support the onboarding and give feedback to all candidates, whether they have been chosen or not. Because every person who has gone through the process deserves respect, and every detail influences the overall experience.

Follow-up Coaching

The commitment does not end with incorporation.
When the person starts working, we are still there. We maintain contact with both the candidate and you to ensure that the fit is real and the adaptation process works. If necessary, we accompany with an external, objective and constructive perspective. Because it is not just about filling a position, but about building a relationship that lasts and adds value from day one.
