Questions for companies

With rigor, but also with sensitivity. We don't just review CVs. We listen, conduct in-depth interviews, assess attitudes and compare what the candidate can contribute on a technical, human and cultural level. And if you wish, we can also incorporate specific tests. We don't look for profiles that meet the requirements, but people who fit in and bring real value to the team.

It depends on the nature of the profile and the market timing. In many cases, we present candidates within 4 to 8 weeks. However, if the challenge requires more time to find the right profile, we will communicate this to you transparently. We prioritize fit over rush.

We select valuable professional profiles: from technical and specialized roles to management positions. We are especially focused on profiles that combine knowledge and attitude. We adapt to the reality of each company, we understand what it needs and we look for those who can contribute, both in skills and in personality.

The cost is adapted to each project. We have different collaboration models, depending on the complexity of the profile and the degree of involvement you require. We will provide you with a detailed, accurate and transparent budget, so that you can evaluate it calmly and without commitment.

The more you tell us, the better we can help you. We're interested in understanding your technical requirements as well as your company culture, leadership style, current team, and what you want to achieve. We don't just want to fill a position, we want the new hire to join and stay.

We offer guarantees in our selection processes. If the candidate does not adapt to the position within a certain period, we will look for an alternative at no additional cost, according to the agreed conditions.

Yes. We formalize the collaboration with a clear and simple agreement, which includes the conditions, guarantees, rates and confidentiality. For us, the commitment starts from the first document... and goes far beyond paper.

Yes, and in fact, it is often one of the most important parts of the process. We listen to what you need and help you translate it into a realistic, competitive, and market-aligned profile. Sometimes we redefine, sometimes we adjust. The important thing is that it makes sense to you and to whom it will reach.

Because we are not a CV factory. We are an agency that thinks, listens and accompanies.

Questions for candidates

It can vary from a few days to a few weeks. It depends on market conditions, such as the time of year and the demand for your skills. In many cases, we have jobs in our portfolio, the rest depends on the interview, the competition in the market and their personality and culture.

In a job interview, the most common questions usually revolve around your work experience, skills and motivation. We expect to hear about your past achievements, how you face challenges and what drives you to grow professionally. However, each person has their own interview style, so don't be surprised if we also ask you unexpected questions to get to know you better and assess how you would fit into different vacancies.

We understand your concern and it is completely understandable. From the beginning we strive to establish close and trusting relationships with our candidates. Our goal is to represent you in the best possible way, ensuring that we fully understand your needs and goals. We work hard to ensure that your interests are protected, as well as all the information you provide to us, and that your expectations are met. In addition, we are ready to communicate continuously and discuss any questions you may have during the process. You are our greatest asset.

We cannot be sure that you are the right person for a process without knowing you personally.

Examining your CV only gives us a small part of the information. To represent you to our clients we need to go further and ensure that you are a fit both technically and culturally.

First of all, research the company to understand its products/services, its culture, its values, as well as any relevant information about its industry.

Review the job description to make sure you fully understand the requirements and responsibilities of the position. Prepare specific examples of how your experience and skills align with what the company is looking for.

Prepare for the most common questions by practicing your answers out loud. They will help you feel more confident during the interview and help you express yourself clearly and concisely.

As well as questions to ask the interviewer, related to the company, its culture, the position... This demonstrates your interest and also helps you decide if it is the right place for you.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and recognized. However, it is also true that the interview is the first face-to-face contact and says a lot about your attitude towards the opportunity.

You don't have to come in a jacket or formal dress if that's not your style, but you do need to show attention to detail: a neat appearance and a touch of professionalism. If in doubt, it's always safer to opt for a bit of formality than to fall short. And if we know what the company environment is like where you might fit in, we'll explain it to you so you can come prepared with confidence.

Absolutely. We treat your personal data with the utmost confidentiality and responsibility. We comply with current data protection regulations (GDPR), and we only share your information with third parties (i.e., client companies) when you give us your explicit consent to do so.

Furthermore, we will never contact your current company, nor will we mention that you are participating in a selection process unless you authorize us to do so. We are very aware of the sensitivity of this information and are committed to protecting it at all times.

Attitude, track record and fit with the company culture. We are not looking for “perfect” profiles, but real people who bring value. We look at how you have grown, how you face challenges and what impact you can have within a team. Experience counts, but the way you work matters even more.

No problem. Maybe it's not the right time, or maybe it's not the right offer for you. What we do know is that each process helps us get to know better the professionals we want to continue to count on. We'll keep you on the radar for future opportunities that do fit you.

Yes, and in fact, it's one of the best ways to start. Some of the best processes emerge when a powerful profile is open to listening, without rushing but with vision. If you're happy where you are but don't close the door to new horizons, we'd love to hear from you.

Clarity and relevance are key. Include:

  • A brief summary of your profile and professional goals.
  • Work experience in order (from most recent to oldest), with clear responsibilities and specific results.
  • Training and languages (no need to detail minor courses).
  • Technical knowledge or tools relevant to your sector.

If you have frequent job changes, you can briefly explain the reason.
Remember that it doesn't have to be long, but understandable and honest. And if you have any questions, you can always share them with us and we will give you feedback!

Yes, and we would really appreciate it. We understand that professional profiles evolve: you complete training, change jobs, take on new responsibilities or simply refine how you explain who you are.

Whenever there are relevant changes, you can send us a new version of your resume, or inform us by email of the points you want to add or modify. Our goal is to have a real and updated view of your profile, so that we can present you better when an opportunity comes along that suits you.

Work references are a very useful tool for getting to know what a person is like in a real professional environment. They provide us with a complementary perspective to what you explain in the interview or appear on your CV: your work style, the way you collaborate with the team, how you manage pressure or what mark you leave when you say goodbye to a project.

We only ask for them in advanced stages of the process, always with your prior consent and informing you who we will contact and how. We never do it automatically or without your approval. Our goal is not to “verify” your word, but to better understand your journey and be able to accompany you more precisely in the process.
